The world turns
Flowers bloom
Birds chirp
Dogs bark
Trees stretch up to the sky and reach for the sun
And they'll remember me when I'm gone
[RP OC] #Lodger
@Traceback_Error -Be. Convincing.
[Moving to the door to let herself out, she pauses in the doorframe.]
If you don't show up, I'll figure it out without you, so don't go trying to find me. Especially, don't bother Mimi Adams. She won't know how to find me, anyway.
@Traceback_Error [Fiona nods and then lays a heavy hand on Jaebeom's shoulder with a soft smack. Not even to leave any marks or to cut fabric, she extends her claws until she is sure that Jaebeom feels them put pressure on his shoulder.]
And don't let the detective know. Remember the story. -
@Traceback_Error -destroyed shirt and dons something simple and black. At least, this way, if the blood seeps through the bandaging, it won't show up and give her away.
Balling up the useless, bloodied one and sticking it under her arm, Fiona makes her way back through the apartment, all the -
@Traceback_Error -she would never have gotten anywhere. That's why, the second Jaebeom opens the door, she strides past him. The sooner she grabs a new top, the sooner she can leave.]
@Traceback_Error [Wonderful. The more things actually go her way, the better Fiona feels. The jeans can stay stained. She can make something up for those being dirty. But blood on stark white is asking for trouble.
Fiona has no qualms about entering a space she is not welcomed into. If she was,-
@Traceback_Error -Fiona cannot walk around in this outfit. Too many eyes will be drawn her way. And she cannot shift so soon or her wounds will also be stretched and torn further. If she can swing it, she would rather steal from the detective than him.]
@Traceback_Error Right. [Scrutinizing him, she looks him over and shakes her head. As she turns away from him, she runs her hand through her hair.
Thinking to herself, she then lightly drags a nail over her bottom lip.]
Hey. How much attention does the detective pay to the state of her closet?-
@Traceback_Error -faces Jaebeom again. Her expression turns deadly serious. Step by slow step, she invades his space.] Don't. Kill. For stupid. Reasons. Not while I need your help. Clear?
@Traceback_Error -amongst the ranks. If there was one, their senses must be pathetically dull to have not been able to get anywhere with the investigation. How hard can it be to find a connection between these cases when you have an upper hand like Fiona's?
Patting the last of the pages, she -
@Traceback_Error -since the kid had offered to help...]
Do me a favor. In two days, I want you to meet me by that tree you were under. Around noon. If I need more information, I'll tell you then what to look for. Then we'll figure out when to meet again. Can you do that?
@Traceback_Error [While Fiona is memorizing addresses, she inwardly takes note of Jaebeom's presence. As she flips through the papers, she is careful to place them back down as close to where they originally lay as possible. There is too much here to take it all in in such a short time, but -
@Traceback_Error -work, she might be able to tell that a rather /unusual/ knife caused the injuries and Fiona is not keen to have to make something up about a claw-like blade.
Clean and covered enough, Fiona now finally washes her hands again and heads over to the place Jaebeom indicated -
@Traceback_Error -gently dab and wipe until the surrounding area begins to clear up.
Thank goodness. It /looks/ much worse than it is. Stitches won't be necessary, after all. Good thing. She's never done it before.]
@Traceback_Error -her other arm. This shirt's beyond salvaging, anyway. Might as well put it to good use.
Next, she needs to get a better look at her stomach. She cannot very well use their dish cloth for this, so she tears the sleeve and wrings out as much blood as she can before using it to-
