Me along with my friend yesterday visited CCD for buying a cake and the area operations coach there removed the label of the cake box and was giving it to us.
When I asked for the label he refused and got frustrated and angry at us
When I asked him to at least give me a look at the expiry date, he refused.
Pathetic experience at @CafeCoffeeDay
Such experiences hamper the brand image that I carried and now it's time we searched for a better option out in the market
He then asked us to leave the cafe and said they don't have any cake.
When asked why he was doing that he said, please talk to customer care and do whatever you want.
The label of the cake has internal information which according to him was secret.

Over and above everything after cancelling they defer to refund my amount.
