@UPS I spoke to UPS yesterday for about the 6th time just to be told there is nothing can be done until ParcelCompare open an investigation for me which is just ridiculous. I just want my money back for a service that failed 😪 and compensation to cover my broken item would be nice

@UPS Hiya, the tracking number shows parcel as delivered. It was delivered on the 22nd of November but should have been delivered on the 7th! The package was lost for all that time. Now it has been delivered but it is missing parts and is damaged.
