65% centres have run out of ration stock & stopped distributing grains to people without ration cards. After SC orders, on June 5 Delhi govt started providing NON PDS rations from 282 schools with a cap of 20 lakh people. Yesterday we checked 51 schools & 65% had no ration stock

2. Molarband School- people w/o ration cards facing lot of problems. Even those who registered & got tokens on Monday, yet to receive ration, despite visiting school daily. Also complaints that tokens being given elsewhere by party volunteers & those outside school kept waiting

3. At Molarband school we found coupons for ration registration were given out by people claiming to be party volunteers at some other place & those in queue at school could not register & get ration leading to chaos. Things better today as school gave out coupons (see photos)
