There is a reason that European countries have been catching/better than the USA in recent history.

@thadbrown7 I think it’s a coach’s job to bring out the players’ talents to their best abilities. You don’t see a soccer manager only using 1 formation his entire career. It just doesn’t make sense to me how rigid football coach’s are with their systems
