@NYHJournal I am more familiar with 18th than 19th century garments, so take this with a grain of salt, but I am impressed with Dolli's dress. Earlier movies tend to do better with period silhouettes than many modern ones (made in the US).

Or perhaps LaFayette, though his attempts didn't go as planned. But certainly not Hamilton. His manumissionism was rolling with whatever the popular kids did.

There are RevWar historians who don't believe or haven't seen the documents. There's no reason for non-historians to question published historians. Talking abt it is the only way to learn

But new information has been found in part aided by the internet & the spiked interest in Hamilton since Chernow's book. Not only to we have a lot of founding documents uploaded, but a group of researchers who share their findings and help each other. 3/3

But that is a pretty clear purchase for Eliza
