@azuresupport#azTechHelp We have implemented a SignalR chat within an Azure Mobile App. We occasionally get an exception "A potentially dangerous Request.Path value was detected from the client (:)".
Is it safe to remove ":" using "<httpRuntime requestPathInvalidCharacters="<,>,*,%,\,?" />"? Also do I implement "Application_Error" in a mobile app to catch and log these unhandled exceptions so my mobile app doesn't get restarted?
@AzureSupport Thank you. We also wanted to update our support to "Standard" but every time we try to make the change in Azure Portal, it fails with the error message "Standard support is not available

@azuresupport#azTechHelp My database is not listed in the azure portal but is listed in SQL Management studio and Visual Studio Server Explorer. When I start my mobile app service, the database gets created and dropped continuously.
@AzureSupport We've been running this database for several years. Unfortunately I deleted a table by mistake and that is when the continuously drop and create started happening. If I pause my mobile app service, the drop and create stops, but the database is not listed in Azure Portal.
@AzureSupport Thanks we were using this page. Apparently we were looking in the wrong long. The logging is in the blob files, so we found what we needed. Thanks.
@azuresupport#azhelp How do we add logging to C# .NET backend? We've added several System.Diagnostics.Trace.TraceInformation() trace statements in our backend code, but we aren't seeing them added to Application logs.
@azuresupport#azhelp: In our mobile app initializer we are using DropCreateDatabaseIfModelChanges. We've made some model changes but the database is not dropping and being created after the mobile app is published. Is there something else we need to do?
@AzureSupport The database was created after the initial publish and has been functioning fine. We added another dataitem along with the corresponding controller and added the DbSet to the context for a new table, but the database is not being dropped and created.
@AzureSupport We are using an Azure App Service with a SQL server database. When we initially published the app service, the database tables were created, however after subsequent model changes, the database is not being dropped and recreated. We've tried restarting the service after publish
