@SouthwestAir Flights cancelled today unable to rebook online Called 800# w 2+hr hold time for live rep. Had to book return on another airline & out $400 each! Not showing luv to a SW cardhldr and 20 yr loyal customers. Need refund & comp for new flights not in travel vouchers!
