Jacksonville FL, Freeport TX and Philly PA all will now accept NY title as well, noting that it may take up to 6 weeks to clear customs still.

Wilmington DE, Newark NJ, and Baltimore MD will all start accepting NY titled cargo.

Customs indicated that NY titles may take up to 6 weeks to clear for DE and NJ. NY titles will NOT clear in MD right now
