@_PREMIUMBANDAI_ Is this really how your “Chance-to-Buy” drawing is supposed to work? Bots bypassed the restrictions and checked out the inventory, while legitimate OP-16/OP-17 winners are now unable to purchase. Please investigate every order and cancel purchases made by non-winners.

@_PREMIUMBANDAI_ Please investigate a suspected bot bypass affecting the OP-16/OP-17 Chance-to-Buy drawings. Legitimate winners are seeing “OUT OF STOCK” during the Sep. 29 purchase period, while bot-community screenshots show bulk Bandai orders and users openly discussing a “bypass,” including purchasing without winning. Please preserve checkout/API logs, hold suspicious orders, cancel confirmed bypass orders, restore inventory to legitimate winners and extend their purchase window. Evidence has been submitted to customer service.

@OPTCGAlert Bot Bypass Depleted Chance-to-Buy Inventory Before Winners Could Purchase

@_PREMIUMBANDAI_ I won the OP17 booster box raffle but it shows out of stock and it’s still within the purchase period. Bots are bypassing the raffle win and checking them all out.

@_PREMIUMBANDAI_ your hot deals raffle win people that won can’t even checkout. I won the raffle and it was instantly out of stock. Bots are bypassing it and letting non winners checkout.
