@s_alderoty If he thinks second guessing the courts interpretation of the law is difficult he should put himself in my shoes as an investor trying to second guess the SEC's interpretation of the law!

@digitalassetbuy @new_scholar I think a big part of Ethereum growing faster is that Ripple is the main user of xrp and Ripple are focused mainly on using it for payments. Payments (especially Banks) are a much tougher nut to crack when regulation is unclear.

@CalvinAyre @iampaulgrewal @binance Can you educate the SEC in the law as that seem to be losing most cases that go before a judge. Winning by SEC is mostly by Settlement.
