Sacking a coach is never nice, but the team comes first. Everyone must buy into the vision, take criticism, own mistakes and pull in the same direction.

Can’t demand that from players if management can’t do it themselves. 🤝

New coaches/Analysts wanted. Ready to work? ⚽️🔥

[Samuel Peter Cox @TheSamCox]

Giving players an opportunity and truly trusting them can change everything. A lot of people doubted whether he was an effective starter in the NL. We believed in him & gave him the platform within a clear playing identity that suited his strengths.

Proud and well deserved. 👏🏽💙

@3bridges_fan Designed and manufactured by ourselves. A lot of time money and effort goes behind every little thing and this guy had some entitlement to be ripping a shirt that does not belong to him! No shame lol

[AFC Newbury @afc_newbury]

Trialist turned up late, asked the gaffer if he could get a massage from the opposition physio, started taking sly digs at the manager after we went 1-0 down, got pulled up on it, tried to fight the gaffer, ripped the shirt in the changing room and left. All within 25 mins. 🤦‍♂️

Non-league football is back. You can’t beat it. It’s about community, volunteers and all sorts of people coming together. It’s about ambition, dreaming, anxious battles with the weather, togetherness, smiles and laughter.

I have never been more excited about a season 🤩
