1. “A significant number of NGOs are poor at complying with regulations particularly on the timely renewal of their operating permits”.
2. “Many organizations face difficulties in raising funds which adversely affects their operations and financial sustainability”.
3. “ Weak internal Governance with some organizations operating without valid permits and others being unaware of their own mandate and operational content”.
