According to Yahoo! Finance, $AMC's market cap on June 30, 2025 was $1.34 billion. They say it's currently $2.08 billion. That's a 55.2% increase.

The #AMCARMY should be happy, right?

Wrong.

Why?

Because the share price is down 24.5% since June 30, 2025.

How can that be?

DILUTION!

On June 30, 2025, $AMC had 433,143,561 shares outstanding.

Right now, $AMC has 892,604,638 shares outstanding.

That's a 106% increase in shares outstanding.

Without the dilution, take a wild guess where $AMC would be trading (all else equal)...
