today marks one year since I lost my dad… just five months after losing my mum.

i still don’t have the words for this kind of loss.

I just carry it. Every day.

Mum on December 2nd, 2024.
Dad on May 2nd, 2025.

I don’t wish this pain on anyone.
If your parents are still alive, cherish them. Honour them. Call them. Visit them.
