Bucket list item achieved, thanks to Surf City Surf School! My ultimate happy place is the ocean. I've spent my summers on the coast since I was little, & I've always loved watching the surfers. I dreamed of what it would be like to hop on a board & ride the waves. Now I know!

In this same spot, eight years earlier, I captured this family as they were just starting out. Matt + Chelsea snuggled up for their engagement session & talked about their dreams for the future. Time has gifted them more adventures together, but even better, a sweet little girl!

When I was a little girl, I dreamed of being a fashion designer living in NYC. Earlier this month I was in NYC for Fashion Week, not as a designer but as a photographer celebrating my client in Times Square with a photo I took. Funny how dreams manifest in their own special way!

I absolutely loved photographing this amazing human as she celebrates the whole year leading up to her big 5-0 birthday in December. An entire day, completely devoted to her which was quickly dubbed as #ginaday. Hair, makeup, casual and glam outfits, guided posing = perfection.
