For the past few months, we have been closely monitoring our brother, Owoyomi Oluwasegun Emmanuel, a full-time Master’s student in the Department of Computer Science at the University of Lagos (Matric No. R25430117).
After he began showing signs of mental distress, we took him for medical evaluation, where he was diagnosed with depression linked to prolonged emotional and stress-related challenges. During this period, he also experienced hand tremors (shaking of the hands). He received medical care, and we have been supporting him throughout his recovery.
On 5 July, he left home to buy yam and eggs but did not return. We tracked his phone and found him in Ologode, Ikorodu later that day and brought him home safely. Sadly, he left home again that same night, and we have not seen or heard from him since 5 July.
We are deeply worried about his safety and are appealing to anyone who may have seen him or has any information about his whereabouts to please contact us.
He is tall and was previously fair in complexion, although his complexion is now noticeably paler.
Please contact us through the following numbers:

Please help us find our brother. Any information, no matter how small, could help us bring him home safely.

The kidnapping was staged but Ojúde Ọba celebrants were bombarded with insults and curses for celebrating our annual festival because of the same “staged” kidnapping. #noticing
URGENT CALL FOR HELP!!!!!
This is a young medical doctor called Dr Innocent. He’s working as a house officer at the Nigerian Navy Reference Hospital in Calabar, Cross River State.
Dr Innocent and his other doctor colleagues who are also house officers have NOT been paid for 290 days.
Yes you read that right.
A whole 290 days of working as a medical doctor with ZERO pay. That’s about 10 months work with NO pay.
According to Dr Innocent,
The Ministry of Defence has refused to pay their salaries for no reason. This young medical doctors are being worked like slaves while receiving ZERO pay.
They have nobody to speak for them.
They have nobody to fight for them.
They are suffering and dying in silence.
Please if you see this tweet,
Kindly retweet, share and tag General Christopher Musa the Minister of Defence, and also please tag the Ministry of Defence,
I don’t know these doctors personally,
But we can’t watch evil and say nothing.
Please don’t let this young doctors suffer in vain, they have families who depend on them for support and survival,
It will only take you 2seconds,
Kindly retweet this post. This is the little we can do to help these doctors from the evil injustice done to them by the Ministry of Defence.
Pls share and retweet. Thank you.
After listening to Moses Simon interview I have finally realized that, the biggest bigots in the country are the ones always calling others bigots.
Hmm
The man hits the nail on the head of the real problems with the Ibos - Propaganda, Hypocrisy and Denials of their own realities! If half of the energies the Ibos spend on others' are used in their own region, it would become the envy of the world. But, just provocative people!😄
I have not been a fan of the Tinubu government but tbh, for the very first time, I must commend his government.
God bless him and the Nigerian force all together for the success of this rescue🥺
Although one thing I also noticed about his government before today is the fact that there have not been any serious or prolonged ASUU strike since his government began but due to the fact he’s not my preferred candidate, I pretend not to see that or acknowledge that.
Today I’m acknowledging him for what happened yesterday, no Ransome was paid, in fact there was actually a strategy, a coordinated one, the Nigerian force came together, without being selfish with their lives to make the country proud. This is really commendable🥺
My cousin’s wife packages and sells kulikuli, she started recently, so sales never dey really move like that.
The lovely husband who plays football every two weeks around Surulere comes to the pitch with a full bag of kulikuli and sells to boys at the field, and he usually goes back home with an empty bag after football.
This is a simple act of service that money cannot buy.
I’m sure those cancer cells are somewhere laughing at me 😂… If I had known cancer would eventually win, I don’t think I would have bragged so much about defeating it twice. Lol
The leadership of Ansaru terrorist bastards will not recover from this Oyo kidnap. Every single member of their immediate and extended family, accomplices, and informants were reportedly arrested and detained. Everyone. Their homes demolished, their cattle destroyed. They cried, begged and groveled. They felt the weight of the federal government. They have been seriously degraded! #SayNoToTerrorism #UniteAgainstTerror 💙
"We have the facilities, but we don't have enough students in our school."
— A student of Ekiti State Polytechnic, Isan-Ekiti, laments the institution's low student population and calls on Nigerians seeking admission to apply.
Our security forces identified the kidnappers, tracked their individual families and arrested them. This helped to pile pressure on the bastard kidnappers. Meanwhile, soldiers camped in the bush, surrounding all escape routes. Kudos to the CDS, NSA, the Army, Navy, Airforce, Police, DSS 👏🏽👏🏽💙👏🏽👏🏽.
This is Mmesoma Joy Ejikeme.
This week, 3 years ago, she forged her JAMB result, changing her score from 249 to 362.
She claimed JAMB wanted to disenfranchise her of her 362 score which was a product of her hard work.
JAMB shot back stating that she forged her result.
She made videos and released statements claiming she was innocent and it was all JAMB’s fault.
She was the perfect victim. Young girl, brilliant, bold, outspoken and courageous going against the system. 🙃
- Innoson Motors gave her ₦3 million.
- Bitcoin Chief, Gaius Chibueze, offered her a full scholarship (tuition and upkeep) to study in the UK, the US, or Canada up to the master's level. 👀
- Charly Boy protested and called JAMB all sorts of unprintable names. 😏
- Mmesoma's father, Mr. Romanus Ejikeme, alleged that JAMB was targeting his daughter because she was brilliant.
In the end, they all ate their words when Ejikeme Joy Mmesoma appeared before the Anambra state’s Panel of Inquiry, chaired by Prof. Nkemdili Nnonyelu, and confessed that she had personally manipulated her result, unaided, using her phone before printing it at Prisca Global Computers cybercafé in Nnewi.
Mmesoma Joy Ejikeme apologized to the panel, the Anambra State Government, and JAMB.
JAMB withdrew Mmesoma's result and banned her from taking the examination for 3 years.
The Anambra State Government provided her with psychological counselling and therapy.
She was reportedly denied student visas to the US and Canada, even after gaining admission to some schools.
In a bid to start a new life and avoid the embarrassment and stigma, she and her family reportedly relocated from Anambra to their home state of Enugu.
As her JAMB ban expires this month, I hope she has learnt her lesson, turned a new leaf, stays out of the spotlight and goes on to succeed academically because 249 is not a bad score.
✌🏾
I would say given that Alex could be so openly biased as GRV and the REP of Isolo and still get support from their people, I’d say the idea of Igbo people seeking political influence in SW and the inevitable result that is cultural instability and stagnation of the SW that will follow scares the shit out of me. I am scared that if we continue to allow individuals with chauvinistic tendencies into SW political space, our politics will get so identity driven regionally the way it has become in Nigeria.
Who actually cares what Alex does - if it continues, no one in search of possibilities will move to his region so why do I care?
GRV used a slur on Yoruba, said all sorts of derogatory stuff but yet continue to get support from his maternal family, there are people of Igbo descents on this platform extolling the idea that Lagos demographic dynamics can be of political advantage to people of Igbo descent.
Any right thinking Yoruba person should be scared by that.
And that is really why I called for a conversation at the university of Ibadan.
The govt is cracking down on fake products and drug peddlers.
It is proposing a 15-year jail term for anyone selling fake drugs, drinks, or food.
Peter Obi says the govt is after him and his businesses.
How does a crackdown on fake products and drug peddlers concern him?
