The Xbox layoffs have been brutal. And of course there are bound to be genuinely talented people that are let go which sucks. But developers who keep saying it's unfair can't keep pretending that consistently releasing disappointing games has no consequences. If a studio repeatedly ships unfinished and uninspired titles that fail to meet expectations, there has to be accountability somewhere. If a studio has people in their ranks that belittle, attack, and actively tell potential customers their hard earned cash isn't wanted *NEWS FLASH* they're going to spend it elsewhere. Consumers spend their hard earned money expecting quality, and when that quality isn't delivered over and over again, companies are going to lose money and inevitably cut costs. It's a harsh reality, but results matter. 🤷‍♀️
