Another championship & another dilemma: who to cheer for? The Raptors were the FIRST pro team to buy an AFX but shortly after the Warriors bought 3, including one for this 'young guy having ankle problems' aka. Steph Curry. Gr8 problem to have, I guess :-)

PT Jay DiCharry mentioned the ankle foot maximizer on his “gift ideas for runners” blog at an Athletes Body. 8 wks of every other day exercise w/it actually worked. PF is awful.
This is making the rounds on social media for *very* good reasons! HUGE props to the parents & coaches of these young players, #50 is showing real leadership and #14 in the white for showing incredible sportsmanship by backing-off *twice* to let the shots happen.
