I am a bit sceptical about what we call blessings. I believe the ultimate source of blessings is within us. A good motivation and honesty bring self-confidence, which attracts the trust and respect of others. Therefore the real source of blessings is in your own mind.
Be gentle with yourself. You've endured so much hardship in your life. You've been belittled, judged, mistreated, and underestimated by others. You deserve to be treated with gentleness and to find peace, forgiveness, and understanding. Relax. Speak kindly to yourself. It's okay.
To fall asleep, you first pretend to be asleep. Life works the same way. You become by practicing. You grow by acting. Confidence comes after the first step. The version of you that you're becoming begins as something you choose to embody before it feels real.
The more you heal, the more your priorities shift. You stop chasing, forcing, and holding on to people who let go. Suddenly, your peace matters more than their presence. Solitude becomes self-care. Silence becomes safety. You reconnect with yourself until you feel like you again.
You have to detach from the demon who distorted your brain chemicals by having you believe into a false narrative with their psychological abuse. Then, day by day, you have to retrain your nervous system to recognize what safety actually feels like. To remind your body that you are safe now. Because if you don’t, it will keep returning to what feels familiar, even if that familiarity is pain, and that’s how the cycle of emotional harm repeats.
You become truly powerful when you see ghosting as a death of the connection, when you see the silent treatment as a gift for your quiet time, when you stop taking things personally, when you control your response, when you detach with dignity, and when you keep moving forward.
i think it's beautiful how life gives you infinite chances to experience better. just when you think you'll never find better, you walk right into better and your heart softens again.
