@So_Phiyaa Patients are satisfied with their work, they maintain high standards and professionalism and in this country itβs difficult to maintain that.
@So_Phiyaa Someone just told you he worked in a clinic and was never paid, and here they are trying to support Gambians. Kairos Clinic has done more than most clinics in the Gambia helping the less privileged. Donβt compare them to Sahel
@So_Phiyaa And as Interns are they not trained, should interns be getting the same pay as full time staff they lack experience this clinic is good and all of people have good things to say about them stop spewing comments you know nothing just to get attention.
@BJados Youβre seeking cheap popularity and want to be painted a hero, be just. I read Kairo response to you they also have confirmed staff why didnβt they send them away as well, why were they not fired to recycled like you claim.
@BJados Intresting conversation and im not picking sides here. But as they said in their response why have they not escalated since to the Labor Department or relevant institutions if they feel deprived. Iβm seeing comments that Kairo is another Sahel. This Clinic has help more big time
@BJados I know individuals who are currently working in this clinic and have resigned for good reasons one in particular who had to travel abroad and he can only say good about the Clinic. This country wonβt develop if we continue to support mediocrity.
@kairoclinic@BJados Keep your head high and donβt mind the critics, youβre doing an excellent job in the Gambia and all can see it. Being born and bred here most employees attitude to work is nothing to write how about and I can see what they are trying to do.
