@Airbnb I have DMed. I would be happy to publicly share the many messages I have showing multiple Senior Airbnb Representatives making written promises of reimbursement that Airbnb is now refusing to fulfil. @Airbnb @brianchesky

I have written confirmation from multiple Senior Case Managers that I will receive a certain amount of reimbursement for a recent problem, but Airbnb is now refusing to pay. If hosts cannot trust Airbnb, how can we feel comfortable listing properties? @airbnb @brianchesky
