@AmericanAir 2/2 We are held to the highest of standards to travel and you put people in impossible situations and expect us to just take it? Wish I could do more but talking to someone is impossible and still haven’t received confirmation of flight credit. Garbage operation.

@AmericanAir disgusted and enraged to get a flight canceled notification twelve hours before I was scheduled to take off. Rebook was twenty hours later for a long weekend trip. Compounded by family member having a flight from another city that had to be sorted out as well.
