We need the department of transportation and ICE in Pennsylvania. FOREIGN CARRIERS AND DRIVERS BY THE MASSES ARE HANGING OUT AT TA TRAVEL CENTER IN HOWARD PENNSYLVANIA. Lots of chameleon carriers and drivers who do not possess a commercial drivers license. Hang out there and wait for the spot loads running from Niagra bottling and Howard PA to the warehouse in Tyrone Pennsylvania 33 miles away as well as two Allenwood Pennsylvania which is 60 miles away. They’re shuttling between six and eight loads a day on back roads avoiding detection DOT. They don’t have to run the highways and a very reliable source at the Tyrone. Warehouse tells me many do not speak English so they’ll ask them for their drivers license in order to write down their name and when the drivers are producing the drivers license, they are not even a commercial drivers license. It was suggested to me that there is so much of this going on that we could eliminate so many illegal drivers off the highways if I would show up at these warehouses.

I am a minority at these warehouses, including when I pick up loads at Niagra bottling in Howard Pennsylvania and it’s not because I am a woman. I am a minority as an American truck driver/carrier. These foreigners are taking low rates and the brokers do not care because they’re pocketing 40 and 50% of the Load because I know what these Load Pay. On days where you don’t see as many foreigners up there congregating at the Truckstop, the rates are better and we get better rates for the loads. This is common everywhere. 90% of all the trucks in the parking lot at TA travel center are being driven by foreigners. Foreign company names on the side of the truck, chameleon carriers, and the list goes on. Please I implore ICE and DOT to run a checkpoint between these warehouses and rent our highways from these people who should not be on our roadways let alone in our country.
