@silagechopper I take 1 generic fish oil/turmeric pill a day and when I’m lifting heavy things off the ground or start to feel my back ache I wear an Amazon back strap/brace. Been doing it 6 months and I swear by it. But I just have several herniated discs in lower back.

@AllbrightNFL How do locker rooms take it when 1/4 the team is tweeting for; let’s say jets and Rodgers for example. I would say that’s a big if not bigger gut shot to the current QBs rather than “management” inquiry about trading for a “x” player
