Earlier today, I encountered this individual who had parked his scooter in a way that it was already unstable and fell near my vehicle. The scooter was positioned such that it wasn’t visible from inside my car. After accelerating carefully, I suddenly heard a sound. Surprised, I stepped out to find his scooter fallen near my front left tire.

Despite helping him pick up the scooter, he immediately started blaming me and became aggressive. He even threatened to break my car’s side mirrors and began acting on the threat. He went so far as to raise his voice at my mother, intimidating her as well.

It was clear from the state of his scooter—which had numerous scratches and dents—that it had likely been involved in similar incidents before. While I tried to reason with him politely, his behavior escalated. When I mentioned calling the police, he grew even more enraged, issuing further threats.

The people around us began urging me to pay and settle, but I refused as it was obvious I wasn’t at fault. However, to avoid further escalation, my mother eventually paid him, prioritizing our safety and peace of mind.

Unfortunately, I had to leave within 15 minutes for an important meeting and couldn’t report the incident immediately. I’ve taken this photo of the individual and his scooter to raise awareness and seek action.

This behavior is unacceptable, and such individuals exploit situations to extort money from innocent people. I urge @TelanganaCOPs @hydcitypolice @cyberabadpolice and other concerned authorities to look into this matter to ensure such incidents don’t happen to others.
