Goonbait is a really funny word because it resembles something an orc-like medieval peasant would concoct. It's a great example of zoomer pidgin, a blunt instrument directly alluding to the subtext of its meaning. Recent enough to avoid being draped in translative pretension, aged in meme culture just long enough to ferment into biological legitimacy.

The word goonbait upsets women because it rips away a delicate curtain of deniability which has upheld the economy of casual sex for the last century or so. None of the women defending the open tongued Olympian here are part of her generation. They question why "Porn addicts have to sexualize everything" because they're operating from a framework that depends on upholding the structure of civility the term violates. They're either ignorant of the signalling or complicit in trying to normalize it as a nonsexual expression.

Truthfully, enough time has passed that young kids are probably now imitating ahaego face without care or context to its pornographic origins. I'm not sure whether that's what this girl is doing and I don't care. She stopped being a person the moment she went viral, she doesn't exist anywhere in the physical world. She is now a totem to be wrestled over by the eternal war between genders, a symbol to be contorted as the avatar of every girl who ever stuck her tongue out.

What makes the subject so fascinating is that you're witnessing the first post-cultural-collapse culture rediscovering the civilization frameworks through first principle. When all women are institutionally invigorated to perform and signal pornographically whether they realize it or not, the male contingent will respond with a masturbational antithesis.

The 'bait' is the crucial element that's missing from the female critique of goonbait as a word. The term implies a sirenistic connotation. The goon term even denotes an implication of loss of vitality, gooning being an emergent satirical antithesis to the esoteric semen retention discourse.

What women think is happening is that men are sexualizing a young girl. What's actually happening is that men are instinctively critiquing a young girl unconsciously sexualizing herself through an innocuous expression, and by extension, critiquing the steady decline of societal standards that has been occurring since at least the 18th century.

When women lambast all men over the actions of some, it's because they're stupid and incapable of delineating between sentient men and baser animals. It's also because defending their own promiscuity signals would force them into an uncomfortable headspace, self-reflection is a traumatic action for women.

What do you think would happen if you take an organism with a soul caliber somewhere between a small child and a dog and force it to reckon with an understanding that literally everything it does is wrong and harmful because evil goblins inside of wicked towers convinced its past seven generations of mothers, grandmothers, and so on to harm themselves and teach their children to do the same? I hate it that reality isn't like they told me it was in school and on TV. I hate it that people aren't the same. Individually, by group, and ESPECIALLY men and women! In a more intelligent world, we wouldn't give you the vote. We would administer the Asch Conformity Test and filter out the unconscious and the cowards and the weaklings (you). We would take power away from your delusions.

Over here, in the real world, our beliefs describe reality, and they suck. They're heavy and spiky and people hate you for having them. Imagine carrying a 70lb backpack full of claw hammers up a 4,000ft mountain and when you get there, the people who need the hammers say "fuck you," because they believe you invented work itself. That's what we're all up to over here. We're carrying the painful burdens that are necessary for building and fixing, and you hate us for it.

Over there, in cartoon playland, everything you believe makes you feel vindicated and heroic. Your beliefs are all colorful, scented pillows embroidered with butterflies.

That should be your first clue. If what you believe about reality isn't disappointing, it's probably not true. Your ancestors hunted, built log cabins, farmed... unpleasant stuff, but necessary. That's what reality feels like. Unpleasant, but necessary. And if you fight for things that are pleasant and not true, you are just playing a game of "I don't have cancer if I don't admit it."

You can help stop the cancer. You just have to admit it's there first. And we'll help! We're not like you. We won't spit on you for asking. We want you to understand because when you do, it makes the problems go away faster.

The reason that you're such awful people is not that you don't have golden wishes in your hearts. We know that you do. It's that you spit at us for bringing the tools you need to get the world you want. And then you don't use them, and the world gets worse, and you spit at us for that, too.
