A passionate advocate for leadership development, Emmanuel’s journey began through years of active student leadership and continues today in his role as Partnerships & Development Lead at the LéO Africa Institute, where he supports initiatives that nurture emerging African leaders.

He remains deeply committed to fostering purpose-driven partnerships that create long-term value for institutions and society.

Meet | Siryoyi Awori Emmanuel

Emmanuel is a strategic partnerships and agribusiness development professional. He is the manager of strategic partnerships at White Oak Holdings Limited.

He has led high-impact initiatives that have enhanced operational scale, deepened stakeholder engagement, and created linkages across the public and private sectors.

Emmanuel has been instrumental in implementing large-scale commercial agriculture projects and
training farmers in Uganda in tree crop propagation. He has also successfully brokered partnerships with international NGOs and represented the company at high-level policy and development forums.
