Also, the word "(trashed)" is meant to be like "removed" or "obsoleted"
You could pause and read it on every screenshot.

So yeah. In conclusion, the Fan Games category on GameBanana was removed/obsoleted.
You can still upload your Baldi fangames on itch io or Game Jolt.
