@lufthansa Please help me- I have been trying to upgrade to business class for almost a week- tried online and calling. This is ridiculous no one answers- last time someone hung up before I even said hello. Why is this so difficult?

@Lufthansa_DE I've been calling for a wk & all I want to do is upgrade to business class for a 9hr+ flight & I can't even do that. This is ridiculous. when I finally someone answered, they hung up. Someone please help this isn't fair anymore- it's not like I'm asking for a refund
