So you're telling me that Rodri has won a Ballon d'Or, a treble after scoring the winner in the Champions League final, 4 Premier Leagues in a row, a Euros where he was Player of the Tournament, holds the record for the longest unbeaten run in club football history and now captains his country in the World Cup final.
Ridiculous footballer. He's an all-timer.
I don’t condone wishing injuries on players…
But if I’m Tuchel, I’m subbing on Dan Burn in the 70th minute… grabbing him by the scruff and instructing him to put in the most atrocious two footed challenge on Messi you’ve ever seen in your life.
First opportunity too. Proper kneecap him. 🏴🏴
To be clear: this #USMNT loss is not on Mauricio Pochettino. As a coach you can only do so much with what you are given, the team only trains together in brief spurts. He can’t develop a goalkeeper from the ground up. He can’t teach technical skill the players should be taught since childhood. Poch made positive changes to the play style and set the team up for success. I hope he stays. #worldcup
‼️ Argentina es la primera selección de la historia donde un jugador sale a recibir atención médica antes de un córner y el árbitro espera amablemente a que termine antes de reanudar el juego.
