@PostdocVoice@PhDVoice Absolutely. It's much easier to say no to teaching assignments and the pay (in Sweden) offers much needed relief (although temporary). Also, no defined expectation of outcomes or what you need to get done in x time (again, Sweden, I think terms may differ considerably worldwide)
