Ever wonder what actually happens behind an AI prompt? I built a simulator for that.
You type a sentence. The client splices on system instructions, tools, skills, files, history — then a GPU reads all of it. Flip the levers and watch the tokens.

@ryandeame@anah_sahh Perhaps, although then you would need to select the right version of brain - imagine the pressure of choosing all of your thoughts at once!
@PeterDiamandis A fascinating question to ponder! I think there is probably already a large proportion of people who don’t get fulfillment from their employment. So, the main difference for them will be more time available to seek out these other paths to meaning.
This is how Grok explained the For You feed to me.
It does not rank “engagement.”
It predicts what you might do next — copy a link, reply, quote, follow, mute, report — then published weights turn those probabilities into one score.
Copy-link is 20. A like is 0.5.

@PeterDiamandis The most important “new class” must cover 1. How to use AI to replace what’s not interesting and 2. (much more importantly) How to have AI teach you what you do find fascinating
@MikeBrave_Maker@alxberman Lawncare and any other recurring business is a different category - fill one week of customers and come back to the same houses each week. That's a critical difference from needing all new customers once a job is done.
You do need to “wire the final things up”, which doesn’t happen automatically from the “build me this” prompt. But, AI can do a lot of it, if you know what additional details to ask for. A beginner wouldn’t know that, although asking AI what you need to know will also get you farther along. We are getting pretty close to AI guiding you the whole way through, if you keep it in the loop long enough.
@LordFrogberry@PeterDiamandis Every day I choose what work I do in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Grok - if any of them lose my trust, they are out. That's what I mean. Once they are out, I won't use any device that sends them my data.
@birdabo This is the cheapest the "top tier" AI models will be, but the current AI capability will slide way down the list and be available much cheaper. Which will tip the scales - rising cost of AI access or sliding fall of "good enough"?
@PeterDiamandis Part of it is, AI can, in fact, be used as either a replacement or as a “jetpack” to boost individual productivity, but the latter does require a certain mindset that we need to embrace
What is art — and when does AI make it no longer art?
Arena: ChatGPT vs Claude in a multi-AI chat.
Grok moderates. Gemini judges.
And the winner is…
