need $quotient BULLIEVERS to start posting more frequently😤😤😤
I dont know how you can look at what @amphib0ly is building and not want to shout about it from the rooftops all hours of the day.
We’re airdropping $QUANT to users who stepped up during the April 18 rsETH crisis.
If you sent ETH/USDC to DeFi United to help restore rsETH’s backing after the KelpDAO/LayerZero bridge exploit,
You can now pre-claim your $QUANT allocation.
1. Go to: https://t.co/WFcHoAUFuS
2. Paste the wallet address you contributed from (no wallet connection required)
3. Pre-claim your QUANT
4. Refer others to earn more
The pre-claim window is closing soon.
You helped when DeFi needed it. This one is for you.
Two pretty consistent areas of feedback for @QuotientHQ have been…
- more “fun” markets, especially sports
- easy options for trading automation
We’re working with a great data scientist, whose experience includes 5 years at Stack Overflow, to push both forward
He’s very smart and works very fast so I expect his work to start hitting the product soon
Perhaps a section in 🔥, something like "Q thinks," with tabs for Q signals inside. Inside is a standard event interface + key information about Q's solution, including "Q's main case" and possibly "Key factors."
Why I thought about this: I don't actively trade predictions and HL, as I don't always have the time to figure things out and gather information. Today Q solved this problem for me, and I decided to make a few purchases thanks to it. Perhaps this will be relevant for others.
I'm not sure how best to implement a tokengate in this case. Of course, it would be ideal for signals to be available not only to Q holders but also to Rainbow Black holders, but this requires study to ensure it doesn't harm the tokenomics of all parties.
It would actually be very interesting to see such a service integrated with @rainbowdotme. I like Rainbow's interface for polymarket, but sometimes it lacks what @QuotientHQ offers. And it would be more convenient to simply respond to signals in Rainbow's interface rather than in Polymarket.
What is the ultimate vision for @QuotientHQ?
FOMO for macro traders.
Before building Quotient, I traded geopolitics myself. I had 200%+ wins trading events around Iran and Venezuela.
But the experience was weirdly solitary.
There was no real community of people trading these markets with me. No good data layer. No place to build a reputation for actually being right over time. And very little incentive to share what I knew.
Why would you post all of your alpha on a platform for free?
That is the problem I increasingly think Q can solve.
Q today is forecasting intelligence: an agent, prediction market analytics, and an API. Its strongest forecasts tend to be in geopolitics and commodities.
Think of it like a party. There are lots of parties. Q is the keg.
The forecasting intelligence gives people a reason to show up. The community gives them a reason to stay.
Q will not be perfect or the best at everything. But it creates a shared system around which people can form views, trade, disagree, and build reputations.
Our leaderboard already shows what users are buying. As more people participate, that starts to become a feed of what smart traders are paying attention to.
Next, we want people to be able to comment on forecasts and markets: where they disagree with Q, what evidence it might be missing, how they would structure a trade, and what everyone else is getting wrong.
The long-term asset is not just Q.
It is Q + a community of people who are genuinely interested in the world, using the same intelligence layer, trading macro markets, and building measurable reputations around their judgment.
Q is the system that makes that community possible.
