The tiny.. Masquerade-esque thing she holds in her skill has more heart motifs, but also.. a tear drop. It's also multicolored! I believe this represents not only the masks of drama🎭 Elation is associated with, but also the two sides of Elation (and loneliness Aha once endured).

Not sure if anyone's noticed this, but in Aha's ultimate, you can see tiny cutouts of the enemies! This reminds me of Boothill's ultimate and how it utilizes the enemies being targeted for visual in his ult!
