It's Lasagna day! Today, for the 2nd year in a row were headed to Wyalyusing HS for the Lasagna Invitational. Events on the track start at 3:00 pm with the 4x800 relay and Girls Pole Vault.

Congratulations to both our girls' and boys' team both with amazing wins against West Scranton in our dual meet yesterday. Next week, we have Prep @HOME on Tuesday, then a busy weekend with the North Pocono Twilight Invite and the Shippensburg Invite for others.

🔥YESTERDAY'S RESULTS: Both the boys and girls track teams took out the win with a full team effort against WW. Boys final: 76-73 AH. Girls final: 108-42 AH. Congrats to both teams.

IIIIIIIT'S MEET DAY!! AHTF travels to Lake Ariel to compete against the Wildcats at Western Wayne School District for our first official Lackawanna County meet. The first race will go off at 4:15 PM. 🔥😁

ONE. WEEK. until AHSD spring sports are back!! Our first meet is March 17, scrimmaging against Honesdale at our very own home track to kick off the 2026 season. Practice starts next week, and we hope to see everyone there ☄🔥🏃
