@IRCTCofficial @WesternRly My daughter has been 2 times at Borivali ticket counter and they refused to issue her concession as her address is Dahisar and Dahisar ticket window refused as mentioned Borivali on form. She takes train from Bor as Virar are packed then how u refuse
