@Tesco this is feeling like deja vu. Last week I waited 48 hours and my food never arrived. I’ve called customer services 10 times and 3 hours of calls I finally yesterday got reassurances that it would arrive. Until the van is outside I’m not going to believe it.

The store called back but earlier than arranged so I couldn’t talk. He said it’s fine, I’m just calling to apologise, as if I it was only going to take a couple of minutes.
Before I order from you again I want answers as to what went wrong. Order for Sunday May get cancelled.

Appalling service from @Tesco Was meant to get my order 8am Sunday, been rescheduled twice and have just rung Customer Services to be told it’s been returned to the store. So I have no food, have wasted hours on 8 phone calls and now have to go food shopping not to Tescos!

The saga continues. Gave @Tesco @tesconews 48 hours to respond to my complaint. No reply. Rang Customer services again and they agreed to call me back 7-8am Thurs, no phone call. Called CS again they arranged for the store manager to call me between 12&1pm.
