Trump says the Iran ceasefire is off. Oil is surging, Dow dropped 576 points. Nasdaq held up alright. Energy stocks are finally waking up. Keeping an eye on $XOM for the trade. Not going all in yet, but volatility is back in play. Retail might freak out, but smart money could be
@NickArchie4 I’ve seen these targets bounce around for a while. Hard to tell if it’s a slow market or just a lot of noise. I’d wait for earnings before jumping in.
$ASTS = $1,000 value, but trading at $75
$NBIS = $500 value, trading at $220
$AAOI = $450 stock at $123
$HIMS = $100 stock at $36
$OSCR = $50 stock at $31
$ONDS = $20 stock at $7
These aren't guesses—they're actual targets. Market's just slow. Grab 'em before takeoff.
@NonchalantPoppa Doubt some of these can keep up with the big names long term, but PLTR and NOW are interesting plays if they actually deliver on earnings.

Aside from a few names that have done very well for me like $ASTS, $LPK, and $NBIS, this has felt like a lost year for much of my deep conviction portfolio.
Software, healthcare, biotech, gene editing, batteries, energy storage, solar, EVs, nuclear, eVTOL, drones, autonomy, and small/mid-cap AI infrastructure remain largely out of favor with investors. Physical AI and robotics adjacent sectors have seen bursts of enthusiasm, but much of these themes remain well below where I think they will eventually trade if these technologies achieve broad adoption.
The irony is that many of these are among the most innovative and important sectors and companies in the market, and right now many of them are valued like they are doing absolutely nothing. Case in point: $TEM. That’s okay. That is usually where the opportunity comes from.
I still have deep conviction in names like $TEM, $AUR, $PRME, $JOBY, $SERV, $VKTX, $IMSR, $AVAV, $VEEV, $NOW, $CRWV, $QS, and $KEEL. Just because the market has been on fire and liquidity has been overwhelmingly concentrated in semis does not mean that is the only game in town. Rotations happen. The only question is when.
My theses have not changed. The businesses are still executing. The opportunity is still there. At this point there is nothing to do except continue building positions where appropriate and give the story time to play out. Buying what is out of favor requires patience. Holding it requires even more.
If you’re not a swing trader chasing whatever trend is working this month, that’s just part of long-term investing.
I’m HODLing.
