@KayYunSsb Fair enough lol. That's true- I think there's a happy medium for sure, which utilizes discipline for a routine that's still easy enough to be done on your worst days

@KayYunSsb I believe we should be fighting the path of least resistance and structuring a routine that's as easy as possible to complete. Making it as easy as possible to start (setting everything up in advance for example), and as easy as possible to keep doing (removing distraction)
