ಅಡಿಕೆ ಬೆಳೆಗಾರರು ವಾತಾವರಣದ ಉಷ್ಣತೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆ ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಡಿಕೆ ಮರ-ಗಿಡಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀರುಣಿಸಿದರೂ ತಾಪಮಾನದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಎಳೆ ಅಡಿಕೆ ಬೀಳಲು ಆರಂಭವಾಗಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಾರಿಯೂ ಇಳುವರಿ ಶೇ.50 ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗುವ ಸಾಧ್ಯತೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದೆ. ಕಳೆದ ವರ್ಷವೂ ಬಿಸಿಲಿನ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದ ಇಳುವರಿ ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗಿತ್ತು.
