π¨ Google could launch Gemini 4 Argon as early as TODAY.
References to the model are already configured in the Antigravity desktop client and CLI.
What remains unclear is whether the initial rollout will be exclusive to Google AI Ultra subscribers.
All signs point to a potential launch today.
π¨ Fable 5.5 or Opus 5.6? My Impressions
> A new model is being tested under the Opus 5.5 name
> Some users are being silently routed to it
> Its image and video generation capabilities are genuinely insane
> It can reportedly outperform dedicated image models
Anthropic has used similar testing methods before previous launches.
So, what are we actually testing here β **Opus 5.6 or Fable 5.5?**
π¨ Muse wonder Beacmarks are insane
Muse Wonder Full is already outperforming GPT-6 Astra and Claude Fable 5.1 on several key evaluations
Meta might be cooking something BIG.
Day 7/
We have increased default context length for GPT-6.1 Sol to 500k when used through Codex & Work, up from 272k or an ~ 80% increase.
We will go higher in the future, but it helps reduce occurrence of compactions and with tasks that require keeping a lot of context and nuance over periods of time. It was carefully tested and is the new sweet spot for most of our users. You can still override it if you want to be higher our lower, with maximum context length of GPT-6.1 Sol of 1M.
π¨ Googleβs internal Gemini 4 lineup is already advancing.
Employees are reportedly testing **Carbon** on the companyβs internal coding platform, Jetski.
Current sequence: **Argon β Barium β Carbon**
Argon hasnβt even launched publicly, and Google may already be testing what comes next.
π¨ GPT-6.1 SOL IN CODEX IS BECOMING UNUSABLE π
βReconnectingβ¦ waiting for networkβ AGAIN?! OpenAI, fix this mess. Iβm tired of fighting Codex instead of getting work done. π
π¨ Gemini 3.8 Flash Is Currently Routing to Gemini 4 Argon
Could Google be testing Argon through an existing model before the official rollout
The rollout is getting closer
Google just release Gemini 4 Argon
π¨ Google could be preparing the ENTIRE Gemini 4 lineup for next week.
> Gemini 4 Flash β Argon
> Gemini 4 Pro β Carbon
> Gemini 4 Flash Lite β possible, but less likely since no checkpoints have surfaced yet.
Could Google be planning a full Gemini 4 family launch instead of releasing models one by one?
