We are hearing resonating words about the need for social and emotional skills of tomorrow (IQ, EQ, PQ etc etc). On the other hand, they come from a panel of accomplished mature men. 10 years ago, women were rejected for tech jobs with these very skills by those men #keepup

Young people want to know why something needs to be done and not how quickly and with what budget. It’s about purpose and fulfillment. These “new” needs are not a result of digitization. It is a result of a painfully incremental push of the past generations towards this direction
