Renting VS mortgage

Mortgaging a house is still liability not an asset, unless you do your fixed 25 years + interest

Renting is a liability - but with no interest, fixed terms 6/12/18/24 months

Renting whilst investing the 'house deposit' is the best, IMHO

Heres the truth:

If you can make £20k from your ISA allowance I.e double it or make 100% in a year, it's the same as working on a 25k salary for a whole year

Difference here is, with trading you won't suffer the packed tubelines nor get stick from your boss

@eyeguy_one They cannot hold this down for long. People have realised that the company has not changed since 7p only few weeks ago, in fact, its gotten better with the Patent and £10m in the bank.

@AfzalValli @YouTube I thought I was the only one, but I cannot see how the Palestinians are the oppressors here just for possessing and firing rockers, of which about 95% is knocked down by the IDF's Irondome. Disproportionate is an understatement.
