Daniel Langley (Universal Biosensors, Deakin Uni.)
is a multidisciplinary researcher exploring micro and nanotechnology. His research has covered organic semiconductors, transparent conductors, the smallest water pistols for the world's largest lasers and growing human flesh.

Matthew Lay (Brentwood SC) completed a PhD in solid-state physics in 2006. He was a researcher performing mathematical modelling for immunology and researched aluminium alloys. He then worked as a patent attorney in law firms and is now a highschool maths & physics teacher.
