Solicitor General Tushar Mehta, in a pathetic attempt to mislead the learned bench, claimed “prior intimation” was given for @dir_ed’s raid on @IndianPAC premises on January 8, 2026. But reality hit back hard.

ED officers stormed in at 6:45 AM, while the “intimation” email slithered out at 11:30 AM, hours after the raid. By what twisted, time-warping gymnastics does 11:30 AM count as “prior” to 6:45 AM? This was a cynical, after-the-fact charade to whitewash your illegal power grab.

কলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের উপাচার্য ৫টি প্রশ্নের উত্তর দেননি বা উত্তর দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন বোধ করেননি। ধরে নিলাম, ওনার কাছে উত্তর নেই। আজ আবার একটি প্রশ্ন সংযোজন করছি।
আমার ৬ষ্ঠ প্রশ্ন: উপাচার্য সংবাদমাধ্যমকে বলেছেন, তিনমাস আগে পরীক্ষার সূচি তৈরি হয়ে গিয়েছিল তাই ২৮ তারিখের ছাত্র সমাবেশের দিন পরীক্ষার দিন নির্ধারণ কোনও পূর্বপরিকল্পিত বিষয় নয়।

উপাচার্য এই ডাহা মিথ্যেটা বললেন? পরীক্ষাসূচিতে সই করা হয়েছে ২৩শে জুলাই। অর্থাৎ, তিন মাস আগে পরীক্ষাসূচি নির্ধারণ হয়ে যাওয়ার যে দাবি উনি করছেন, তা সর্বৈব মিথ্যা। কলকাতা বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পরীক্ষাসূচির নোটিশে অদোরাইজড ব্যক্তির করা সইয়ের নিচে তারিখটি দেখুন👇
