India is building EV chargers fast.
But someone apparently cut and stole the charging cable.
Infrastructure can only grow when public property is respected. 🔌
@nachiket1982 EV ko solar se charge karein. Par solar panel ka saman toh china se aata hai. Videshi mudra bachayein. Paidal chalein, par joote bhi Adidas, Nike, Bata, Puma ke aate hein, fir videshi mudra ko haani. Ghar par baithein, TV dekhein. Samsung, Sony, LG, TCL....ofo....
Booked a Rapido. Driver called:
“Bhaiya, extra dena hoga.”
Booked an Uber:
“Bhaiya, fare bahut kam hai.”
Then why did you accept the ride?
Booked an Ola:
Driver confirmed, then cancelled after 5 minutes.
The entire taxi aggregator system in India is a mess. There is not a single app that feels customer-centric. Half the cars are poorly maintained, drivers keep negotiating outside the app, and cancellations are normalised.
Once someone travels to places like Dubai or parts of Southeast Asia, they realise how far behind our basic service standards are.
I genuinely never imagined that a reputed hospital like Apollo Cradle Sector 82 Gurgaon could put senior citizens through such an exhausting, stressful, and negligent experience.
My mother was admitted today for a minor procedure. The procedure was completed by 4 PM, and the doctor cleared her discharge by 5 PM. What followed after that was absolute chaos, incompetence, and complete disregard for patient care.
The hospital administration failed to submit the insurance claim on time. When they finally did, they submitted it with the wrong amount and incorrect procedure code. After wasting hours, they resubmitted the bill again around 8 PM. Then, despite the claim already being pre-approved, @HDFCERGOGIC denied it due to the their staffs error—something even the insurance team acknowledged and asked them to resubmit.
Meanwhile, my elderly parents were left stranded in the hospital for hours with zero empathy, zero urgency, and no accountability from the admin staff.
By 10 PM, after over 5 hours of unnecessary delay, I told the team to stop the drama and simply process the payment on my card so we could leave. Shockingly, they then generated a completely different bill and inflated the charges even further.
Even AFTER payment was completed, they still kept us waiting another 45 minutes without providing the final bill or discharge summary.
And to make matters worse, during discharge, the staff negligently removed my mother’s drip needle improperly, causing her to start bleeding while walking toward reception. I have photographs documenting this negligence.
What should have been a smooth 1–2 hour discharge process turned into a humiliating 5+ hour ordeal for senior citizens who deserved care, compassion, and professionalism.
Hospitals are supposed to reduce stress during difficult times, not multiply it through incompetence, mismanagement, and complete insensitivity toward patients and families.
If you care about your loved ones, especially elderly parents, think twice before taking them to Apollo Cradle Sector 82 Gurgaon.
Today’s experience was not just disappointing but it was deeply disturbing.

@iamrakeshbansal When my grandfather was in a similar situation out family doctor suggested not to put him on ventilator as once done they will not be able to remove it and it will become a suffering for the patient too. It was a painful decision but it was the right one.
