@KeshYuval Why would you have 'welcome' and 'one last thing' in the same line? 'Welcome' implies it's early on, whereas 'one last thing' implies that it's at the end... you would only need one of these. Agree that 'what's your role' is the best way to address the 'a others' issue 🙌

Insight 2: For design ethnography, make sure you have a design problem that is a good candidate for this methodology. And, apply the three best-practice approaches ('holistic not absolute', 'rich artefacts', and 'connect the decision maker with users')

Insight 1: Triangulate findings to reduce user memory errors. Use a mix of behavioural and attitudinal, qualitative and quantitative so you don't rely on memory
