Big development in the Center for a Humane Economy's global #KangaroosAreNotShoes campaign. Japanese sportswear company Mizuno, which sells 28 soccer cleat models with #kangaroo skin, told the Financial Times that it would "phase out" its use.

While @TheHumaneCenter and #AnimalRights groups around the world welcome this excellent @MIZUNO_FTB_jp news, they need to know when the phase out will end because, with each day that passes, terrified kangaroos are chased and shot in the head for #Mizuno shoes.
