After 4 hours on hold, Verizon dropped my call. CS on Twitter got me nowhere. Unacceptable!! For what I pay per month I could buy a small car. I would NEVER have that experience in that industry. When did customers become unimportant?? @hansvestberg @VZWSupport @Verizon
